Daily Tasks

In Last War, there are a variety of daily tasks you can complete. Most can be done in a single login. For a few, you’ll need to log in again to collect rewards or start a second round. Try to finish as many as possible. Eventually, it’ll become routine and you won’t need this list. See also Arms Race.

Trucks and Missions

Looting on Other Servers

It’s generally smart to loot other servers when you can, so you don’t weaken your own. The easiest way to reach other servers is via the Truck screen. You can also save locations in other warzones as favorites and quickly jump there.

What are good missions to loot?

The loot is similar to the rewards you get for helping alliance members in Ally Tasks. Only loot golden missions, and ideally not below . You can see the mission level by the small number under the element.

"Shinys" look different from normal chests. They're a special, very lucrative type of golden chest that glitters and shimmers—these are Star Missions, which give much better rewards and are extremely valuable for looting. You won’t always find them, but even at they pay out more than a regular ! So keep an eye out.

Usually missions are available all day. If you’re in a hurry, you can loot less, but patience and persistence are usually rewarded.

Upgrading Trucks and Missions

With Trade Contracts and Secret Orders, you can upgrade Trucks and Secret Missions. This is required on Day 2 and Day 6 of VS, but also helps generate better rewards.

The dice for Trucks is right on the Truck itself. If you roll a Golden Truck, it stays gold for future rolls, but the contents change.

In the Secret Mobile Team, there’s a button at the bottom to refresh all missions randomly. Note: Star Missions always stay and don’t disappear when you reroll! Refreshing is most effective when you have lots of open missions. As a rule, upgrade blue missions until only two or fewer remain. Then it’s not worth it.

Exceptions are Day 2 and Day 6 of VS. Try to start as many golden missions as possible and also refresh purple missions.

Star Missions

Star missions or the aforementioned "shinys" appear every three days. Not only do they hold much more value, but they won't get replaced when refreshing your missions.

That's why you can keep them for Tuesdays and Saturdays when they score points in the VS. That way you are guaranteed to complete one more UR mission for your alliance.

Hidden Treasure

Getting rid of blue missions is important because purple and golden missions generate Treasure Pieces. If you have one of each of seven different pieces, you can dig up a treasure, which can give substantial rewards depending on rarity. Among other things, you can get the Secret Mobile Squad decoration and Hero Shards.

You can exchange pieces with your allies so you can get all seven faster.

There are many reasons to upgrade your missions. Don’t settle for blue missions. Sometimes you get unlucky with dice, but normally you should never start more than two blue missions, if any.

Alliance Tech

Please donate at least 30 times daily to Alliance Techs so the alliance can progress. Everyone benefits!

Alert Tower

The Alert Tower has three categories (Tank, Aircraft, Missile). Aircraft (unlocked after beating Tank Level 5) and Missile (unlocked after beating Tank Level 10) must be unlocked first. The mode is about surviving 20 levels with your heroes. If you succeed, the next stage unlocks. You can complete up to two stages per category per event iteration if you unlock new stages. Old stages can also be repeated for rewards. Each hero can only be used for one category (Tank, Aircraft, Missile). In the others, they’re grayed out and can’t be selected. Even if your strongest heroes are tanks, it’s best to expand all three categories evenly every two days by splitting your strong heroes so they meet or slightly exceed the required minimum power. This way, you get max rewards from all three categories. Use the chart below to estimate how strong your teams need to be.

Heroes under level 80 are leveled up by using them in the Alert Tower. You can level up lower heroes for free this way. Also, you can swap your gear between heroes to build stronger teams for all three categories. Finish the Tank challenge with your first team, swap gear, and continue with Aircraft. Then do the same for Missile.

Arena

The Arena has rotating formats, but you can only participate if you’re one of the top commanders on the server. You can always collect 180 by “liking” the Top 3 in each Arena tab. That’s 30 each. It’s usually best to use your challenges late in the day, since most others are done by then. Storm Arena: In Storm Arena, your top team fights other players’ teams. You swap places with the defeated player and climb the rankings. There are blocks, and you can only challenge players in the next higher block. It takes several tries to reach the top. Don’t forget to set your defense at the bottom right! 3v3 Brawl: The 3v3 is more strategic. You must build three teams and beat your opponent in a direct duel with two of your teams. Since many players set a strong A-Team, you can beat much stronger opponents with three balanced teams. For defense, also focus on balance. Ideally, set two equally strong teams.
